Martin A. Rader, Jr. is a principal in the law firm of Pinney Payne, P.C.  Mr. Rader has over twenty-five years of residential and commercial real estate law experience.  Mr. Rader retired as a captain in the United State Naval Reserve, Judge Advocate General’s Corp, where his experience included three years of full-time active duty service.   Mr. Rader also served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Judicial District of Danbury from 1974 to 1984 before entering private practice.  Mr. Rader is a past-president of the Danbury Bar Association and has served as legal counsel to the Non-Profit Development Corporation of Danbury, Incorporated, an entity that has created affordable rental and homeownership opportunities for low and moderate income residents.
